Phone stalking and abuse increasing in solar power telemarketing calls | News.com.au
CALL centre creeps are stalking Melbourne residents in a campaign of aggression and harassment.
One terrified woman was told she would be burnt alive, while another was asked if she was single and what she looked like naked.
Authorities have confirmed a spike in complaints about aggressive telemarketers linked to the sale of solar power systems.

One woman aged in her mid 60s was pestered by a salesman who left a tirade of obscene messages on her answering machine after she declined an offer.
"If you will not apologise to me I will go there now and burn you alive you f------ w----," he screamed.
The man even repeatedly mentioned the women's correct address details.
In another bizarre phone confrontation, a telemarketer exploded after an unsuccessful pitch.
When the caller asked the speak to his supervisor, the man snarled: "Why don't you get f-----."
She said traders who used force, harassment or coercion faced fines of more than $70,000.
