A 12-year-old boy who shot and killed an 11-year-old cousin was a bully who had been reprimanded at three of his previous schools for picking on his classmates.
Stories like this one, should motivate us to take steps to address bullying in schools and society in general.
People have to be educated of the dangers of bullying, and the media should take responsibility for the people and programs they endorse.
