No one sacked or demoted over Kevin Rudd's deadly insulation scheme | News.com.au
Any big projects have problems, and this one was not allowed enough time to be developed and implemented.
The reasons for the failure should be investigated to avoid similar occurrences in the future, this project was a positive program that would have been successful if not for shoddy installers.
There were very costly mistakes made in his implementation ,but we have to praise the government for their prompt actions which avoid our country to become a victim of the worst world recession and thousands of people kept their work, houses and will be able to enjoy a nice Christmas this year.
Was this just a logistic departmental problem or a more sinister move? Was Peter Garret set up by someone after his job?
A mistake due to huge workload? Food for thought.
